Yes. We provide on-site technical support across Takoradi, Sekondi, Tarkwa, and surrounding Western Region communities. For other regions in Ghana, we can arrange visits based on the nature of the issue.
After you contact our helpdesk, we'll share a secure remote session link via WhatsApp or email. Once you click the link and grant permission, our technician can view and control your screen to diagnose and fix the issue. The session automatically ends when the problem is resolved.
No maintenance contract is required. We provide support to all clients on an ad-hoc basis. However, clients on annual maintenance contracts receive priority response times, discounted rates, and proactive monitoring services.
